Step into your own “Deep Cocoon” of calm, rest, and renewal. This 75-minute session begins with 5–10 minutes of gentle movement on the floor to release tension and prepare your body for deep relaxation. Then, guided Yoga Nidra — a gentle practice sometimes called yogic sleep — where you’re fully supported to relax your body and quiet your mind. The practice concludes with the resonant vibrations of the gong, which help release tension and calm your nervous system. Come ready to unwind, let go, and emerge from your cocoon feeling grounded, refreshed, and fully relaxed.

As the days and nights come into balance, we invite you to honor the season of transition marked by the Autumn Equinox with an evening of guided meditation, journaling, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra. Through a gentle and intentional series of practices, you’ll create space for reflection, release, and renewal. Over the course of our time together, you will experience:

  • Guided Meditation — A calming guided meditation/visualization to help you relax, find inner balance, and release what no longer serves you, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.

  • Guided Journaling — Engage in personal reflection prompts, honoring what you’ve harvested this year and what you’re ready to release.

  • Restorative Yoga — Ease into supported poses designed to relax your body, nurture your nervous system, and deepen your sense of calm.

  • Yoga Nidra — Enter a state of deep rest, guided to access your inner wisdom, integrate your intentions, and cultivate inner peace.
