Sweet Summer Rest: Strawberry Full Moon Yoga Nidra & Sound Journey
Summer is here, and while the extra daylight is great, this season can easily get a little too busy. If you've been running on autopilot lately, this space is for you to finally take a breath and rest.
We are meeting right after the solstice under the Strawberry Full Moon. The vibrant energy of this moon is deeply connected to heart-centered energy, self-love, and emotional healing. Since it hits right at the midpoint of the year and sits so close to the Summer Solstice, it is a powerful time to balance your internal energy. It is nature's own reminder to slow down.
There is absolutely no movement, no poses to learn, and zero expectations. Your only job is to lie down, get as comfortable as possible, and rest.
I will guide you through Yoga Nidra ("yogic sleep"), a simple meditation that helps your brain drop into that dreamy state between waking and sleeping. As you settle into stillness, the sound of the gong, chimes, and octave steel tongue drum will help you ease into deep relaxation.

Deep Cocoon Rest: Yoga Nidra & Sound Journey
Step into your own “Deep Cocoon” of calm, rest, and renewal. This 75-minute session begins with 5–10 minutes of gentle movement on the floor to release tension and prepare your body for deep relaxation. Then, guided Yoga Nidra — a gentle practice sometimes called yogic sleep — where you’re fully supported to relax your body and quiet your mind. The practice concludes with the resonant vibrations of the gong, which help release tension and calm your nervous system. Enter a sacred space where shadow and light gently intertwine, guiding you on a mystical journey of deep rest and inner discovery. At the start of the session, you will be invited to draw a card—either to quietly hold its message or symbolism, or to explore its meaning intuitively throughout the practice.
Over 90 minutes, we will settle into restorative yoga poses, all performed on the ground, carefully designed to encourage deep relaxation, release tension, and cultivate a sense of complete stillness. Accompanied by instrumental, Halloween-inspired mystical music, the session concludes with a soothing gong sound bath. This experience focuses on relaxation and restful awareness, gently embracing the magic of stillness.
Following our practice, you’ll be invited to enjoy a warm, nourishing Enchanted Witch’s Brew—a cozy, simmered tea blend crafted to help seal your experience and bring a sense of calm and grounding.
