The 4-Week Restorative Reset is a private, four-session program designed to help you build practical skills for nervous system regulation.
Each 50-minute session includes:
Guided relaxation practices (short restorative practices & Yoga Nidra)
Breath and anchoring techniques you can use anywhere
Practical tools you can use in moments of stress or transition
Coaching integration to translate in‑session shifts into real‑life choices
Short daily practices to anchor calm between sessions (sent after each session)
Simple journaling prompts to track progress and build clarity (sent after each session)
No yoga experience or mat required — all practices can be done seated, lying on the floor, or in a chair.
