The 4-Week Restorative Reset is a private, four-session program designed to help you build practical skills for nervous system regulation.

Each 50-minute session includes:

  • Guided relaxation practices (short restorative practices & Yoga Nidra)

  • Breath and anchoring techniques you can use anywhere

  • Practical tools you can use in moments of stress or transition

  • Coaching integration to translate in‑session shifts into real‑life choices

  • Short daily practices to anchor calm between sessions (sent after each session)

  • Simple journaling prompts to track progress and build clarity (sent after each session)

No yoga experience or mat required — all practices can be done seated, lying on the floor, or in a chair.
